June Karter was founded by Morgan, a stylist, educator, and mentor who believes great hair starts with great artists. After years behind the chair—working with top salon owners in California and Oregon—she saw a gap. Stylists weren’t getting the education, support, or mentorship they needed to truly thrive.

Fueled by her passion for education and collaboration, Morgan opened June Karter in March 2023—a salon designed for clients who love low-maintenance luxury and stylists who crave hands-on learning. Here, education isn’t just encouraged—it’s the foundation.

Today, Morgan leads June Karter with a mission to raise the bar in the salon industry. She’s dedicated to mentoring stylists, sharing her industry secrets, and proving that you don’t have to choose between top-tier services and a welcoming atmosphere.  

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her growing June Karter, spending time with her husband, two sons, and bonus daughter, and proving that passion and hard work can build something truly special.

At June Karter, Gema isn’t just lashing— she's managing the salon. She’s making sure it feels like home for the artists who work here. With nearly a decade in the beauty industry—barbering, lashing, and working in high-end med spas, dermatology, and plastic surgery—she’s seen firsthand how the right leadership can make or break a salon. That’s why she’s here: to be the kind of manager who has your back, keeps things running smoothly, and creates a space where the team can focus on their craft, feel supported, and actually enjoy coming in every day. Because when the artists thrive, the whole salon does.
